Are there tools to build search campaigns with product feed data?

Sup Squarespace, 

I was thinking about driving more traffic to my store with search ads. I have some shopping ads already. Do you run search ads for your shop?

Also I want to somehow export my store data to use for keywords and ads for the search campaigns. Has anyone been able to do that? Any tools to recommend?
