Timely integration not showing?

I have a website where the Timely integration button isn't showing - but when you hover over the area, you can click and the feature works - anyone having the same issue?

Yes I do! I was just googling again...

Still doesn't seem to be working? I really want the button feature and the pop up - not for people to be redirected to their URL page. 

It's working with a custom image as the button.. which is annoying because it's clunky and doesn't have the hover over effects. Can't see why changing to that would result in it working from the prior code.

They say place in header of page:

I see book now button here. Did you solve this?

I see Shop tablet looks small. Do you want to change to 2 or 3 items/row?

That would be great to change it to probably 3 columns. 

Only solved it through uploading a JPG image for the button. So bit of a sh*t fix! But I guess it works the same.
