Sharing Blog Posts to Twitter: Opening in iOS with "VIEW ORIGINAL" Prompt

Hi there, I often push blog posts to twitter, or do it manually using the URL. However in the twitter app on iOS, when users click the link they get an edited version of the blog post with a link in top right corner that says VIEW ORIGINAL. The version available in twitter has different fonts and edits, looks like an entriely different site. This issue has come as feedback form multiple users now. Any ideas why this is happening? Is there a fix or improvement I can make to stop it? Many thanks in advance for your time. Andy (Example attached)
