Hidden Titles / Pages & Drop down menu

Hi Guys,

Would someone be able to help me out?

I provide two different services so I have two contact pages,

As you log into my photography section I only want to see the COPY Contact Version and hide the other contact page Under Consulting but only in the photography menu page. (If I rename this Contact will it conflict with the other page)

I would like the drop down section in the project section to be permanently on show, (so you don't have to click project to see it) But I already have a code for this which hides this folder and contents in it. How's the best way to achieve what I'm after?
