i'd like to add a customized curved line to each section in 7.1

I've seen variations on customized section edges, but nothing about curves, just a soft wave would be good im using 7.1 -the client has not paid for the subscription yet so custom css wont work yet I guess, tried to upload an image that has be clipped in a mask and edited in photoshop and illustrator, but can see a grey under the picture and its not happy... it's clipped it too -so the whole curve is not visible. I'd like to get some advice on this now as hope to apply once the subscription is paid.

You can create an image, then we will add this under background image.
