Header Code Injection - No Longer Working

Hello,

I think this is an easy question. I did have this working but I have no idea why it no longer is working. All I did is get an updated code from the website I am using to build the ad. I am trying to use this code to inject using sitewide code injection for the header to display a reveal ad. The code is:

It is no showing up on any of my pages. Can anyone recommend a solution?

The URL is www.analogforevermagazine.com is that what you mean?

In the code you posted it looked as though there were values you needed to fill in such as "[RANDOM_NUMBER]" did you do that when you installed the code?

I believe this has been in the code when it used to work.

Perhaps some kind of demo period has expired.
