notifications customer notifications - customized messages e.g. links to a purchased webinar

Hi,

It feels like a no-brainer that you should be able to set different types of customer notifications, in this case an order confirmation with a link to the purchased (access) webinar. Why is this not a standard feature and how to solve this asap?

I agree. Particularly in these times when we/are clients are offering so many online events.

Also struggling with this. The ecom should have a standard setting for a non-product sale like a webinar.

Product specific messages will be added to customer notifications soon. In the meantime, you can do this using customer activity automations in Squarespace Campaigns. These are sent after someone purchases a product on your site.

We've added a new feature to our customer email notifications and you can now modify text and other design elements by product type. You can check out further information in our "Customer Email Notifications" guide.

This feature doesn't solve the issue raised in this thread because it onlt allows the message to be customised for the 'type' of product. Customers purchasing any webinar would receive the same custom message - regardless of the webinar that they purchased.
