Comsigliere Posted November 20, 2020 Share Posted November 20, 2020 Hi, It feels like a no-brainer that you should be able to set different types of customer notifications, in this case an order confirmation with a link to the purchased (access) webinar. Why is this not a standard feature and how to solve this asap? I really need this to be able to work;-0 big thanks! Link to comment

Product specific messages will be added to customer notifications soon. In the meantime, you can do this using customer activity automations in Squarespace Campaigns. This feature doesn't solve the issue raised in this thread because it onlt allows the message to be customised for the 'type' of product.
