How to edit the confirmation emal

Hey! I'm trying to do a webshop in finnish. I'm using the "service" template in the webshop since no postage is involved. The order confirmation email displays by default a line that says:

That part of the template can't be edited, I'm afraid.

Commerce > Customer Notifications > Order Email > Order Confirmation.

@tuanphan - OP asked specifically if the line ""We will be in contact shortly regarding the services you have ordered." can be edited. It can't be edited...you can add extra info before or after that part, but you can't edit the Order Summary part.

You can edit in Old Editor.

His screenshot is the new look for the confirmation email. And I don't see a way to switch back to the old editor. I also remember reading that sometime in January 2021, everyone will be switched to the new editor and any customization you do on the old one will not be carried over.

Hey! The old editor is out of the question since it will be unavailable from january 2021. I tried using different product templates instead of service but the confirmation email prints text to the same location with all the settings.

Service product: "We will be in contact shortly regarding the services you have ordered."

Product: "We will notiify you shortly when the order has shipped" (or something like this, I did not write it down).

...there's also no way to translate this phrase 😞

@freelancervillepalmu - you can try contacting SQSP support and see if they can help you with it, but what you're trying to change/translate is part of the email template that we can't edit so I don't know.

I am trying to do this as well. Adding my comment here to follow the thread.

So confusing for my customers.  We offer no physical product and no follow up is needed other than a your order completed email.

Found where this value is kept. Cheeky bastards. You have to select the custom text widget for the sub-menu to appear.
