how can i remove Sales Tax line from Order Confirmation and Order Delivered customer notifications

I'm running a business that does not have any sales tax on orders.  How can i remove the "Sales Tax 0.00" line from the order summary of the Order Confirmation and Order Delivered customer email notifications?
