Add to Cart Issue & Question

Hi there,

I wanted to ask, does add to cart reflect all the items that were put in the cart or does it reflect the amount of users who went until "add to cart" funnel?

 

If it is the amount of items in the cart, which I hope it is, I would like to flag a bug. something is not working properly. I tested it several times, by putting 3-4 items and the next day, after 24 hours, it was none or 1.

Can you please double check? Also I think there is an issue with sending abandoned carts email, like it was the issue with sending customer password recovery emails. They are just not sending out.
