New newsletter subscriber stopped to be added to Mailchimp audience

Hi!

I have linked the newsletter signup form on my website to my mailchimp audience. It has been working without a problem but suddenly a new subscriber is not added to the mailchimp audience since last week. How can I solve this problem?

Is it normal to take more than 4 days to reflect the new contact in the mailchimp list?
