Add grid - Gallery Thumbnail - Without it being in Gallery

Hello. 

Perhaps this is obvious / or been asked many times before - apologies!

But can I have a grid-gallery thumbnail on my home page that is not included/visible in the gallery itself after you have clicked through to it. 

Eg is there a way to remove the World Of Tanks Blitz image from the top of the  gallery here.... http://www.doppleganger.xyz/#/world-of-tanks/ .....

While still having it as the grid gallery thumbnail here.... http://www.doppleganger.xyz/
