Regis-Fontaine
Hi everybody! I want to launch my newsletter and my email-campaign, but I want to use a email address with my domain name. I acquire my domain in SquareSpace directly, and I know, it's possible to use "email/Gsuite" but I don't want to pay for this. Please, someone has an alternative? Link to comment
JoOTFM
I would also like to know if this can be done without G Suite. It's not that I don't want to pay, it is that I do not want to use Google. Thanks Link to comment
Susana_SQSP
Hey everyone, At the moment the only option to create a custom email address for your domain through Squarespace is using our partnership with Google/G Suite. There's currently an offer to receive a free year of G Suite for one user (one email address), just in case you aren't aware. Check out this guide for more details:G Suite offer Other than, you might want to consider setting up your custom email address through a third party provider, such as Zoho, for example. Have a look into this other guide for more details:Using Zoho Mail with your Squarespace Domain For any further questions you might have about these options, please contact Squarespace Customer Support for personalized assistance. ARD1
REALLY!? Is it possible for Squarspace to create a technical pathway so we can use our domain name as a mirror and have it actually route to our email provider of choice? (i.e. www.mywebsitewhatever.com --> Me@mywebsitewhatever.com --> actually sends to me@emailproviderofmychoice.com? What are the technical challenges preventing this from being possible? Especially considering that we pay extra for a 'business account' then have to pay extra to keep a google account (after first year) How is this a benefit of a business account? 'pay us extra to pay someone else extra so you can have an email address?' Link to comment
