Is there a way to reduce the paragraphs spacing for blog posts?

Hi there, I need some help with reducing the paragraph spacing of my blog posts. Currently, the spacing is too large which makes it look weird.

It is blank paragraph. Remove it.

If I remove it, the heading will be too close to the paragraph. Is there a way to increase the top margin for H3 text only within the blog post?
