My website isn't currently launched.

I have attached an image showing my current products in my shop, I need them 1:1 image size for them to fit within image. I only need these images 1;1 on this page.

Try this in custom css

.tweak-products-image-aspect-ratio-23-standard-vertical .products.collection-content-wrapper .grid-image-wrapper {
  padding-bottom: 100%;
}

Just a suggestion.

The thumbnail in product detail show number 1/2. You can add this code to Design > Custom CSS to change to Arrows Slide

/* Product slide arrows control */
@media screen and (max-width:767px) {
.ProductItem-gallery-carousel-controls {
    display: flex !important;
}
/* arrows background */
.ProductItem-gallery-carousel-controls * {
    background: white;
}
.ProductItem-gallery-carousel-controls>div {
    justify-content: center !important;
}
.ProductItem .ProductItem-gallery-carousel-controls>div::after, .ProductItem .ProductItem-gallery-carousel-controls>div::before {
    border-color: black !important;
}
}
