Same same different - banner not resizing. Please help @tuanphan

Apologies to ask the same question that you have most likely already answered. Having similar issue, have tried multiple code options in css and header injection code but nothing seems to work for the separate banner pages. 

Im only wanting to resize the banner images on the "why" page. Initially I have a banner image on contact page but removed it due to this issue. I might also reinstall a banner on contact page if you can assist in resolving this issue.
