chris.tsongas
Anyone ever have a client try to steal services by removing you from a site, then requesting a refund through PayPal, but keeping the work you did on their site? Did you get any support from Squarespace, or can you suggest any strategies for winning the PayPal dispute? Link to comment

chris.tsongas
I logged my hours, and my work is still being used on his website! I also have about 100 emails sent between us while I was doing the work. Link to comment

JensenV
I'm sorry to hear about your situation, but Customer Support would not get involved in something like this. A good practice of combating this would be to always create the site under your account - this way you're listed as the Site Owner. Then, after you complete the work for your clients and they are happy with the site you could have them pay you for your work and then transfer site ownership to the client once everything is good on both ends. I hope that makes sense. Wishing you all the best. Link to comment
