Show Blog posts filtered by tag or Category on web pages

Hi all,  

On previous websites we could use the Summary Block to show only blog posts tagged or categorized with a certain topic on a page.  It seems like this functionality has been removed in SquareSpace 7.1? (why would they do this??)

What I want to do: We have individual web pages for each of our company's programs. We would like to show the three most recent blog posts that are tagged (or have the "category") for that program on the program page.  So each of our 3-4 program pages would have a section of the page with a blog 'feed' showing the 3 most recent blog posts for that specific topic. (We would also have  a blog page with all blogs in one place.) 

I don't see a way to do this with SquareSpace 7.1. I have seen some different recommendations for plug-ins. Is there a particular one people recommend?

Unless I misunderstand, it seems like what you need is there.
