How to I change the Email attached to my account?

I've just run into a problem. I'm receiving order notifications to the wrong email address.

I can't change my account email address via my account settings.

It gives me this error and I can't figure it out.

This email address can be updated from your Google account settings.

Any help/instructions would be greatly appreciated.

I had a similar problem a while back, when I wanted to change the email address linked to my website.

Unfortunately I can't remember how it was fixed (though I do remember in the end it was simple) but I chatted with someone from directly from Squarespace and they walked me through it. They were so helpful, and the problem was solved, so my advice would be to go directly to them.
