Help, please! Can I put my social icons in the mobile menu but keep them in the footer only on desktop?

I need help, please.

I wish to have my social icons at the bottom of my mobile menu when I click the hamburger, but I don't want them in the header on my desktop. Is this possible with custom css?

I've looked everywhere but haven't hit on anything yet.

}
