Make rows stack vertically in sequence on mobile and when scaled down

Hi,

I have created 2 rows and 3 columns of text as shown in the attached image. When scaled down or on mobile, they stack vertically but are out of order in regards to number sequence. My questions is how do I code this to make sure it stacks in sequence from 1 to 6 when in mobile and scaled down on desktop?

First, add Text 1 - Text 2 - Text 3

Next, add Line Block

Next, add Text 4 - Text 5 - Text 6

Then, remove Line Block

& Try checking again your site.
