How do I customize page preview image?

Can anyone help me with the following: I have launched my site today and noticed that when someone is sharing the page in social media the preview image is not optimal at all. It just shows the logo extremely big, better would be to show the home page header as a whole.

Try Editing Home page > SEO Title > Upload Image

Hi! I'm having trouble adjusting the crop of the image. It cuts off my full name which is "BRASSWOOD" and only appearsas shown here. =/ somewhat unfortunate. Do I need to resize my logo file to add blank space around it, or is there another method? Thanks!
