Currently when I upload my images, the image looks pretty poor especially at zoom. I'm using a 3:4 aspect ratio and my image width is around 2500px to cater to the full-screen zoom size. I'm using a 3:4 aspect ratio and my image width is around 2500px If you are loading a 2500px image, I strongly suggest that you contact Squarespace Customer Care as they are the only ones who can investigate a potential platform or CDN issue. It will be worth checking the resolution and compression of images that you are loading. When I view the second image on the page https://bluebird-porcupine-yzdg.squarespace.com/shop/p/block-hoodie-3ypjb-6s79a-d342n-fwat2-n849j-esf93 I only see a 1000px wide image loaded via the CDN.
