Close promotional pop-up after email submission

I created a pop up so that every time someone enters they have to enter email before continuing on the page (kind of like a lock screen but with email instead of password)

I managed to hide the X (close button) with this code in the CSS editor
 

.sqs-popup-overlay-close {display: none !important}

Hi. Where is popup? We don't see popup on above link. 

and which plan do you use? Personal or higher?

I want to popup screen to go away when the user selects submit.
