Unwanted navigation on mobile (squarespace bug?)

Our website does not have a navigation. If I change to mobile size view I still get a burger menu (which is empty). Is this asquarespace bug?

How can I avoid this burger menu?

This is not a bug, it's default feature of squarespace on mobile, to avoid it simply paste this code to Settings->Design->Custom Code
