Change color and remove underline from Menu block

Hello everyone,

Can anyone please help me with the code to change the colour of link on my menu blocks and remove the underline when active?

This is what I want to achieve.

Here you go, copy to Settings->Design->Custom Css

.menu-block .menu-selector label.menu-select-labels--active {
  text-decoration: none;
  color: red;
}
