Vertical alignment in a page section

I have a small section under a video on my homepage, and I wanted the content to be centered vertically (vertical alignment). But the text is actually closer to the top of the section.

You can use this snippet in Settings->Design->Custom Css

}

  padding-top: 17px !important;
}

I tried this but it removed the image in that section from  mobile view. Any idea how to fix that?

Did you happen to solve this one? it helps with the desktop view but the mobile view all the images disappear
