Changing Font Color of Dropdown Menu

Can someone please help me with the code to change ONLY the font color of my drop down menu?

Here is the color I want the font to be: hsl(43, 67%, 57%)

I’ve tried other codes in these forums but it changes the background color which I don’t want and can’t figure out how to change the color itself within the code.
