Modifying the New Cover Page?

Hi,

I'm dabbling with a new cover page. 

I really can't see many options for editing.

e.g. my page links I want to put near the bottom of the page... when I mouse-over those buttons I can't find the options I had elsewhere like colour change, strike-through etc. And how do I change the border width, or the size of the image/video? 

I can't seem to find any of these options. 

Have I missed something really obvious, or ...?

You can also use normal page, then we will give the code to remove header/footer to make it cover page
