Need to change Checkout Button (text & redirect) and remove prices from Cart Page

I could really use some help. What I want to achieve is for visitors to select a product and variation, complete the custom form I added and submit the form. I will not be selling any products on the site but rather generate inquiries as to my printing services on the specific products. I do need to load the products as products as there are quite simply too many products and variations to do it any other way. I was thinking that the easiest way to achieve my goals would be to

1. hide all prices and quantities (I have done so on all pages but the Cart Page)

2. Create the desired product custom form (I have done so on this one test product https://grouper-brass-drm9.squarespace.com/men/mens-tasman-track-jacket)

3. Change Cart Title to Request a Quote (I have succeeded in this)

4. Change the Checkout Button text on Cart Page to Request a Quote and then have it either submit the form OR redirect to another page on which contact form can be submitted IF the selected product info can pull through

Any and all advise will be greatly appreciated.
