Product block on homepage - making the images square!

Hi there,

I have set up a product block on my homepage to feature key products that I want to advertise (you can find it at www.lilactreemakes.co.uk or ay www.lilactreemakes.co.uk/home/shop).

At present, the images are all square - perfect.  However, when I change the product, it reverts to a landscape image instead, which I don't want.  All of my products have a square thumbnail assigned, and the photos on the main shopping page are all square too.  So I don't know what I'm doing wrong!  How do I make sure the images in this feature products block are all square without going through every photo and manually cropping (which I don't want to do)?
