7.1 Transparent Header Across all Pages Not Just Homepage

Anyone know how to get a transparent header across all pages not just homepage on 7.1? I entered a custom css I found here and it worked great, but not on every page just the homepage. I Would love it on my portfolio page. My website that is live is not the 7.1 because I'm working on it now.
