Change header color on individual pages for mobile

Hello. 

I am trying to change the color of my mobile header on individual pages. I don't want my home page to be affected. My color code is #1A1A1A

These are the mobile pages I want to change. As you can see, right now the background is light and I need it to be black on these pages only.

Did you get this figured out? I don't see a light background.

I did figure it out but it hasn't changed on one page. This page now has a burgundy background and I'm not sure why.

Add to Home > Design > Custom CSS

Thank you. I swapped out the colour code and this worked.
