Unable to verify Email

Hello,

I am trying to verify my custom domain connected email address. I am able to verify the domain, but cannot connect the custom email (it has a yellow dot instead of green). When I want to verify the email, a code is sent to my Gsuite account, however, I have tried it various times, I am not receiving any emails on my Gsuite account. I have checked spam and other filters, but no confirmation code. Any help is appreciated.

I have been having the same issue for 6 months and have tried every single thing ever suggested, no fix
