Yukon
Site URL: http://blueoakmastering.com I send all my clients a form to gather info about their projects and I have those form submissions set up in gmail to group together so I can look at the emails to see what's going on. The previews always showed the clients name so I can easily find who I am looking for. But today all my form submissions start with "Sent via form submission from Blue Oak Mastering." not the first field of the form. So now all my emails say the same thing and I can't see what submission is what without digging. SquareSpace is telling me there was a security update and there's nothing to be done. Does anyone have a work around or a way to fix this, or even a way to call squarespace cause they wont even call me to help me. It's unacceptable. I now have to rethink my entire booking system and I'm tempted to leave squarespace. It's going down hill fast. Link to comment
paul2009
I have seen this undocumented change too @Yukon. I contacted Customer Care but the person that I chatted to knew nothing about an update. I've logged a ticket and have also asked on Circle if the correct order can be restored.
