Landing page from the search bar

Hi there!

I'm struggling with the search on squarespace and I'm wondering if there's a solution.

The search is on the home and I made the specific results of a gallery. The search itself is working but the landing page has been my problem. The idea is: the user will search for places and each place has your own page. So the dream search on the site would be: the user type the place and the picture from the gallery shows on the search preview with the title (already happening), so when the user clicks on the preview go directly to the url that this image has.  What is happening now is:  when you click on the search preview the user is going to the galley, with this image as a lightbox.
 

I'm currently changing the template, so the page looks awkward...
