Text arrangement

I really really need help on this. This problem is being ongoing and tired so many method like media query and all but its just not working. i dont know what went wrong here. Someone please help me on this.

So basically, this is the text arrangement of the website on my mac. (This is the version, I want the text to look like.)

This is what it looks on my friend's mac. 

The both of us are using the same mac with same screen size. But why does the text move? Is there a way to make the text permanently be the same arrangement no matter what screen is being viewed on? I am so lost and stuck with this. 

Someone please help me on this.
