Can I force all mailto links to open in a new browser window?

Ok, thanks for taking the time to answer this and perhaps it will be useful to someone else.

Since this is a client site, and they will be editing their own text from here on out, and the links appear repeatedly within paragraphs throughout the site, I don't want to set them up with all of that text in a markdown block.

Hi Tuanphan -

I am going to set it up with a Business Plan but it has not been set up yet - it's still in trial mode.

I've got to be honest that I am quite comfortable adding css and html because I understand how it works. Adding js makes me a little nervous! It's not going to cause any problems, is it?

Js partly affects speed. If you are worried, you can find another way.
