creating 'add-on's + additional pricing, to single product

HI, I am trying to set up a simple story. Where people buy a product - but can add additional accessories to that single product. Each accessory will add more to the product's price.

For example - if I were to have sunglasses, but there is a choice of adding blue lenses to the glasses for an extra $10.

Is there a simple way to set this up? see attachment for what I'm trying to do
