UberCreative Posted October 19, 2020 Posted October 19, 2020 Site URL: https://nplsf.org/ I am an experienced web developer new to Squarespace. A new client of mine has a site on this platform so I am familiarizing myself with it. They have a contact form on the site, but I don't see anywhere those submissions are being collected on the site. I would like to be able to collect those submissions as opt-ins to a mailing list. Should I just replace that form with a sign-up form from our MailChimp account? Even if that is the solution, would their be a record of all submissions somewhere to our current form?
modsquare Posted October 20, 2020 Posted October 20, 2020 Hello! You do have a few options when it comes to form submissions. This article spells them out better than I can: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205814638-Managing-form-and-newsletter-storage Essentially your options are — (1) have it email someone the contents of the form submission; (2) have it save to a spreadsheet on a Google Drive; (3) integrate with a Mailchimp list; (4) utilize a Zapier integration; (5) embed a form from a third-party, like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Typeform, Mailchimp, etc.
