Scaling header background video so no black bars show.

Hi everyone. I'm having issues getting my background video to display full bleed without black bars. The source video doesn't have them but when I add it to the home page it shows with a black bottom bar at certain browser window widths. Is there a way I can force it to always fill the header section and crop in instead of trying to maintain the full width of the video with in the browser window?
