Just started with Squarespace - header, footer and switching in between templates?

Hi, 

I am new here and would really appreciate some help.

1. I started with template called Soria. How can I?

• Make a burger menu to appear on the header within the global page? 
• Footer - why I cannot have social media icons? 
• Footer - how can I insert a logo like I have within the header?

2. How easy is to switch to Colima template? I have a business planned just launched. I've read that you cannot switch in between templates which is quite disappointing tbh yet given I've paid a business subscription just like 3 days ago and that I also purchase my domain what are my best option here?

3. My understanding is that no matter what template you go for the tool still enables you to add different sections and tailor them to once needs - is that correct? Or the features you can have within a business template vs a wedding one a different?
