This will probably need some css work and inspecting some elements. Link to comment
creedon Posted October 19, 2020 Share Posted October 19, 2020 Without digging into the issue I think you will find that this effect is achieved with Javascript. I think the cursor follow effect would not be all that difficult; comparatively. The interaction with the "underlying" layers look a bit harder. A search on the web using a phrase like "follow cursor effect javascript" may lead you in the right direction. Find my contributions useful?
