change the add to cart button to "book now" and direct to the service in scheduling using the bespoke link

I have a category of products that are actually services that need to be booked and paid via scheduling.

I have a product page and just a regular block with this info - however, if someone wishes to shop all products, they will not be able to book any of these services.

Is there any custom code to let me change the link on the add to basket to lead to scheduling?
