Adding separator lines to INSIDE archive block

Hi there,

Im after some help trying add in a horizontal line inside the archive block. I want a simple line to delineate between line items, ive tried a few things but can't seem to target inside of the block itself, only on the outside? I want the line to seperate each tag. Image of what it needs to look like is attached.
