Animated Split Section Design

Hey community, 

A client has asked me if something like this: https://habitat-tw.com.au/ is possible with Squarespace. I'm well aware that split sections, sticky sections and such are possible and have executed them before, but what about these unique animations? 

Notice also that the site has a sort of "bottomless" scroll, where upon reaching the bottom, the top of the page scrolls back into view. 

Does anyone have any ideas as to whether this can be achieved with Squarespace 7.1, and if so, how?

I think Possible, but a lot of code. You will need to hire someone to do this.
