Hiding embed header - code block

Hello!

I'm embedding 3 maps using code blocks so that the ships carrying the products for my client can be tracked by the user/site visitor.

I'd like to hide the navigation/header on each (where it says Vesslefinder.com etc.) Anyone have any idea how to do this? I've tried targeting various things but don't seem to be able to touch it...

Have attached a screenshot to show what I'm chatting about.

Thanks!

Hi Sammi

It is possible to remove this header from the embedded maps, but the terms of use for VesselFinder state that you must not republish material without appropriate accreditation to VesselFinder.com. If you intend to provide this attribution in a better way, then you can remove the header by cropping the iFrame window.

For example, for the centre map, you would use:

<iframe name="vesselfinder" width="100%" height="400" frameborder="0" src="https://www.vesselfinder.com/aismap?zoom=3&amp;lat=0.00&amp;lon=0.00&amp;width=100%&amp;height=400&amp;names=true&amp;mmsi=374335000&amp;imo=9704996&amp;track=true&amp;fleet=false&amp;fleet_name=false&amp;fleet_hide_old_positions=false&amp;clicktoact=false&amp;store_pos=true&amp;ra=https%3A%2F%2Fnewworldoliveoil.squarespace.com%2Fcoming-soon" style="position: relative; top: -156px">Browser does not support embedded objects.<br/>Visit directly <a href="https://www.vesselfinder.com" target="_blank">www.vesselfinder.com</a></iframe>

The additional code is:

style="position: relative; top: -156px"

Thank you @paul2009 - I tried this approach but no luck. It might be because the client has since requested that we switch from 7.0 to 7.1 so I'm not sure if the code would need to be different? I've attached a screenshot of how it made things look (the map on the left is the one I tried to crop the iframe window for)

It's not the end of the world, but would just look a little cleaner if there is a solution!

You should be able to adjust the number of pixels until the blue banner is removed.
