Cover buttons vs. nav links

Recommended Posts

Site URL: https://www.formworkllc.com/

The long and short of it is that we need more than two buttons on the homepage... which I was able to pull off by adding a contact form, but I don't want it on the left – should be on the right. So, then I tried changing from buttons to nav links, but those don't look like buttons and I can't figure out how. I looked through the forums with no luck, so asking now.

The screenshot you shared is the main site nav, which is AOK – my issue is with the homepage, which uses a cover page template. Those templates are limited to either an action (contact) and two buttons, or three navigation links. The issue is that if you choose to use the action and two buttons, the action is on the left and can't be moved. If you go with the nav links, those are just text and not buttons.

For what it's worth, I tried to scrap the cover page and add a blank page without header or footer, but I couldn't get the background image to work correctly.

if nav links work as expected, I can suggest you to place them as nav link I can help style them as 'button' by custom css
