Resize icons on mobile only - showing HUGE in mob view but fine on desktop

Please could I get some help resizing icons that can be found under 'Our Approach' on mobile.

They are showing fine on desktop, but massive on mobile - guessing this needs a bit of code to sort?

Any help would be much appreciated.
