Full width video mobile on Basil theme

I have searched the forum with no success.

I have a full with video as the header on an index page. On mobile it crops the video but I can't keep this as the video has lots of text that is getting cropped. I have tried hiding the index on mobile and adding a new page with a video in a block but it won't go full width. Please help! https://www.iconostock.com/
